VAG-COM Registration -- Long Form

Notes:

If you are using a third-party (non-dongle) interface and do not yet have have a VAG-COM license, you must purchase a license in our store in order to register.

If you have a HEX or KEY series interface, VAG-COM will read its activation directly from the hardware, but if you've purchased your system from a distributor and need to register with us to become eligible for Tech Support, please use our Dongle Registration Form instead.

If you've previously registered with us, please use our Short Form instead.

Please do not register VAG-COM until you have tested it and are satisfied that it works correctly with your PC and at least one car. Software Registrations are not refundable! For more information on how to test VAG-COM, click here

Please be sure you have read and understand the section of the VAG-COM FAQ that pertains to Activation, De-Activation, and Transferring the activation from one PC to another. Click here for more info on this subject.

We are no longer providing activation codes for old, obsolete versions. Please be sure the serial number you submit is from a current version. If you submit a serial number from a version older than 310.0, your request will be rejected.

Compatibility of future versions with third-party interfaces is not guaranteed.

Response time: All activation requests must be processed by a human being. Assuming your data is correct and verifiable, your Activation should be sent to you via e-mail no later the end of the next business day. Note: "end of day" can be late in the evening sometimes.
