Important!    As of 17. November 2003: 

• Ross-Tech will no longer accept Activation Requests via e-mail. 
  All activation requests must be submitted via the correct web-form.
  (see links below).

• Ross-Tech will no longer generate activations for VAG-COM versions older than 311.2. 
  If you are in need a new activation, you must download and install
  the latest version that works with your interface and submit the serial number it shows.

If you are an existing Ross-Tech customer who:

• Purchased your VAG-COM system directly from Ross-Tech, or

• Previously registered with us and need a new activation, or

• You're updating from a previous version,

• Purchased a VAG-COM system (including a license) from a Distributor,
  but have never registered before,
