Notes:

If you don't have a HEX- , KEY- , or Micro- series interface and you need an activation code, you're in the wrong place. Please see these instructions.

If you bought your interface directly from Ross-Tech, you don't need to fill out any forms. We already have your info.

If you have a a HEX- , KEY- , or Micro- series interface purchased from a distributor, please fill out the form below including your Certificate Number. With these interfaces, your software is already activated, but please submit this form to become eligible for Tech Support directly from Ross-Tech.

Systems are shipped to distributors with a blue Certificate. This certificate usually has a white sticker with a Certificate Number. Please enter that certificate number in the form below.

If there is no number on the blue Certificate supplied with your system, use the Serial Number from the label on your interface instead:

Response time: All registration requests must be processed by a human being. Assuming your data is correct and verifiable, you should receive a confirmation via e-mail no later the end of the next business day. Note: "end of day" can be late in the evening sometimes.
