Shipping:
Ross-Tech
cannot guarantee same day shipment. In-stock items are normally shipped within 1
business day after receipt of payment when choosing FedEx or UPS service. US
Postal Service may take an additional day depending on the time of receipt of
payment. Backordered items normally ship within 1-2 business days after
receipt of goods to inventory.
USA customers:
Ross-Tech offers standard UPS, FedEx and
US Postal Service options. Shipping time is typically the speed you specify plus
one business day from the point when your order is submitted. For example, if
you place and pay for an order on Tuesday and have specified 2nd Day Shipping,
it should ship out on Wednesday and should arrive on Friday.
Select an option from the drop down menu.
For those who want to ship against their own account, choose the option: "XU
- Charge Customer's FedEx or UPS Account". Then fill in the "Using your
FedEx or UPS Account for shipping?" information box below with your account
number, postal code and the desired ship method.
Please note, we do not ship by any other carriers such as DHL, Emory, etc.
US Prokit Customers: If you are
a US customer that is ordering a ProKit, please remember that we offer free 2nd
day shipping in the US or if you need the ProKit sooner, you may choose
overnight shipping for additional cost. Select either the "Pro-Kit
Only (b) - FedEx 2 Day Free" or the "Pro-Kit Only (a) - FedEx AM
Overnight".
International Customers:
We only ship via FedEx. Our shipping rates are displayed for your country in
the "Ship Via" selection box. Choose one of the options shown. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days but can vary
wildly depending on the customs departments in each country.
You (the customer) are responsible for paying any duties or taxes. We cannot
advise you in advance how much these will be. The courier company normally pays these costs on your behalf when they clear the
package through customs in your country and will then collect the same from you, either when the package is delivered or by invoice
afterwards. The courier company may also assess a small fee for this service.

If Paying by Credit Card:
Our website is secure and
your credit card information is protected using the
latest SSL encryption techniques.
Ross-Tech accepts VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. If you want
to pay by another credit card, you must use PayPal to do
so.
The Billing address
on your
order form must
match exactly
what is shown on your
credit card Statement. If you provide a Billing Address that is incorrect for
your Credit Card, it will result in a delay of shipment
until a valid address is provided.
If Paying by PayPal:
If you already have a PayPal account, this is the easiest
way to pay. Just send the money to
Payments@Ross-Tech.com
If you don't have a PayPal account, consider signing up.
Select the PayPal option and press "Continue". You will be
taken to a PayPal screen where you can pay by credit
cards other than those accepted by Ross-Tech and you can
create your own PayPal account for online shopping.
If Paying by Check:
Your order will not ship until the check is received and clears our
bank. The process of your check clearing our bank may take as long
as 3 days.
If paying by Check or Money Order, please select "Check"
so we'll know to expect your payment in the mail.
Put your E-Mail address on your check so we can match it up with your order.

Note:
Checks or Money Orders originating in a country other
than the USA must have Micro-Encoding at
the bottom including a 9-digit ABA Routing Number
as shown below.
Any other number of digits (including Canadian Postal
Money Orders having a 10-digit routing number)
are not acceptable and will not be processed.
We will return such instruments via government postal service
to the address indicated on the order.
