This form is for our older, HEX-, KEY-, KII-, or Micro- series interface only. If you have a HEX-NET, please click here. If you have a HEX-V2, please click here.

If you need an activation for VCDS-Lite, you're in the wrong place. Please see these instructions.

If you bought your interface directly from Ross-Tech, you don't need to fill out any forms. We already have your info.

If you have a a HEX- , KEY-, KII-, or Micro- series interface purchased from a distributor, please fill out the form below including your Certificate Number or Serial Number. With these interfaces, your software is already activated, but please submit this form to become eligible for Tech Support directly from Ross-Tech.

Systems were shipped to distributors with a blue Certificate. This certificate usually has a white sticker with a Certificate Number. Click for details.

The Short Serial Number refers to the Serial Number from the label on your interface, Click for details.

The Long Serial Number refers to the Serial Number from the VCDS "About" Screen. Click for details.

Response time: All registration requests must be processed by a human being. Assuming your data is correct and verifiable, you should receive a confirmation via e-mail no later the end of the next business day. Note: "end of day" can be late in the evening sometimes.
